Mr. McCain has led field crews and draftsman and has performed surveying services for numerous projects with Federal agencies including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (New Orleans & Lake Borgne Basin Levee Districts) and several municipal/governmental agencies (state, local, and regional). In addition, Mr. McCain has abstracting experience in researching title, deeds, right-of-ways, servitudes, easements, and other elements for numerous boundary surveys in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Arkansas.
Further, Mr. McCain has considerable project management experience, having provided such services since the beginning of his career. Notably, he as been responsible for communications between clients for contracts and project details and requirements between engineers, architects, wetlands permitting & parish officials.
